All Sales Are Final — Dietary Supplements

Because our products are dietary supplements and topical wellness products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened supplement products for health and safety reasons. This policy is consistent with industry-standard practices for consumable health products and is required to protect the safety of all our customers.

We are transparent about this policy upfront so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

While we cannot accept standard returns, we take full responsibility for the following situations:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective — if your item was damaged in transit or is defective upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Wrong item shipped — if you received a product different from what you ordered, we will resolve it immediately

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. Please take photos of the issue and email them to support@trynaturesfix.com with your order number.

Satisfaction Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to hear from you. While we cannot guarantee a refund on opened products, we review every situation individually and will do our best to find a fair resolution. Please contact our support team directly:

Subscription Orders

If you were charged for a subscription renewal you did not intend to receive, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge at support@trynaturesfix.com. We will review your account and, if the order has not yet been fulfilled and shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.
