Subscription & Cancellation Policy

The majority of Try Nature's Fix customers choose our subscription option for convenient, automatic delivery of their favorite products. This policy explains how our subscriptions work, how billing is handled, and how you can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

How Subscriptions Work

When you select the "Subscribe & Save" option at checkout, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription powered by Recharge, our subscription management platform. Your selected product(s) will automatically ship on your chosen frequency (typically every 30 days, or the interval you selected at checkout).

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle, in advance of each shipment.

Billing

  • Your first charge occurs at the time you place your initial order
  • Subsequent charges occur automatically on your renewal date, based on your selected delivery frequency
  • You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge, giving you time to make changes before the order processes
  • Charges will be processed in your local currency based on your billing location. The prices displayed on our Site are listed in U.S. dollars; your financial institution will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction

How to Manage Your Subscription

You have full control over your subscription. To make any changes — including skipping, pausing, modifying, or canceling — please contact our customer support team directly:

Option 1 — Email (Recommended):
Email us at support@trynaturesfix.com with your request and order number. Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to process your request. We recommend contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal to ensure changes are applied in time.

Call us at 800-914-6754, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Skipping a Shipment

You can skip any upcoming shipment without canceling your subscription. Contact us at support@trynaturesfix.com or call 800-914-6754 before your next renewal date to request a skip. Your subscription will resume on the following cycle.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you need a longer break, you can pause your subscription for a set period. Contact us at support@trynaturesfix.com with the dates you'd like to pause. Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period unless you extend or cancel it.

Modifying Your Subscription

You may change the following at any time by contacting support:

  • Delivery frequency (e.g., change from every 30 days to every 60 days)
  • Product quantity
  • Shipping address
  • Payment method
  • Next order date

Changes to your subscription must be made before your renewal date to take effect on the current cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

To cancel, contact our support team by email at support@trynaturesfix.com or by phone at 800-914-6754. Once canceled, no further charges will be made and no additional orders will be processed. Cancellation does not affect any orders that have already shipped.

If you cancel after a renewal has already been charged but before the order has shipped, contact us immediately at support@trynaturesfix.com — we will do our best to cancel the shipment and issue a refund.

Failed Payments

If your payment method declines on a renewal date, we will notify you by email. Your subscription will be temporarily paused until payment is updated. To avoid interruption in your deliveries, please keep your payment information current by contacting our support team.

Subscription Discounts

Subscribers receive a discounted rate compared to one-time purchase pricing. This discount applies as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and resubscribe, your discount will be reapplied at the current promotional rate, which may differ from your original rate.
