This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on trynaturesfix.com. We are committed to getting your products to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. The carrier used for your order will depend on your shipping location, package size, and available service options at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) — please allow additional transit time for these locations.

International shipping: We ship to select international destinations on a limited basis. Availability may vary by country. Please note that due to ongoing geopolitical events and changing international trade conditions, shipping to certain regions may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us at support@trynaturesfix.com before placing an order to confirm whether we can ship to your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier capacity, weather conditions, and your location.

  • Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: 10–20 business days after dispatch
  • Rural or remote addresses: May require up to 30 business days

In total, from the time you place your order to delivery, please allow 10–30 business days. Most orders arrive sooner, but we ask that you plan accordingly, especially during high-volume periods (holidays, promotional events). Delivery times may be impacted by carrier disruptions, weather, or external events outside our control — including geopolitical developments that affect shipping routes or carrier capacity.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your shipment directly at:

If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate your tracking information, contact us at support@trynaturesfix.com with your order number.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you need to correct your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@trynaturesfix.com — we will do our best to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors
  2. Allow 1–2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
  3. Contact your local USPS or UPS facility with your tracking number
  4. Email us at support@trynaturesfix.com — we will open a carrier investigation and work to resolve the situation

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product before discarding anything, and contact us at support@trynaturesfix.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same shipping policy and timeframes as one-time orders. Your subscription renewal will ship approximately on your next scheduled billing date. See our Subscription & Cancellation Policy for full details.
