      Our 6 1/2 year old son hasn’t been formally diagnosed with ADHD, but he is very high energy and has trouble focusing at times. His teacher at school mentioned he often gets off task from table to cubby because he gets so easily distracted some days.       This is a good immune booster for my little girl and me. I think I have take this more then a year and its good for your immunity specially for toddler or big kids. I just realized my daughter not easy to get sicks from school or weather caused it sometimes.
