What Ages Can Take L-Methylfolate?

L-Methylfolate is for children 1 and up!

  • Ages 1-3: Start with 1-2 drops daily.
  • Ages 4-13: 2-4 drops daily.
  • Ages 14 - 18: 4-6 drops daily.

Weight matters too-bigger kids may need more. If your child is overweight we would suggest starting with 2 if the they are underts weight we suggest starting with 1.
